Meaning:
The application cannot contact the licence server and is therefore not able to verify your license.
Impact:
The application will try to contact the licence 5 times every 30 seconds. If it is not possible after 5 times, the application will terminate.
How to fix:
Please check, if our licenceserver is online here: CaveCloud Uptime Monitor
If the server is online, please try to ping our server with this command ping licence.cavecloud.net. If this is working, please check your firewall and unblock the tcp port 4779.
If nothing works, please create a ticket.
